"Over the years Kung Fu has had a positive impact on my life. The main thing I have gained is confidence. I remember that when I first started I was very shy and would never want to do the activites first or shout during the forms. Thanks to Kung Fu I have come a long with my confidence in all aspects of life.

"My learning experience here was incredible. I learned to do things I never thought I could ever do, and this benefited me in life because every once in a while, at. school one of my friends, or just a random kid, will try to pick a fight, and I knew how to defend myself without getting him hurt, or myself hurt. Knowing Kung Fu has made me confident when I walk down the halls, or if I am in the middle of nowhere because I can defend myself well now."

"Kung Fu has helped me gain a lot of confidence in what I do, especially in performances and competitions. I use this confidence in my everyday life to be able to give out presentations in front of other people. Not only that, Kung Fu has made my body a lot stronger than it would have been without it. With this athleticism, I am able to participate in sports that I don't’ know how to play."
