        Shaolin Kung Fu International (formerly Ben's Shaolin Kung Fu) was established in 2003 and has been serving the Bay area for over 20 years. Shaolin Kung Fu International is a Chinese Kung Fu education and training institute and intends to pass on the knowledge and culture of Shaolin Kung Fu to our students. Our focus is on developing the students in all aspects of his/her life. Discipline, respect, confidence, determination, attention to detail and a healthy lifestyle are just some of the aspects developed through Kung Fu/Wushu training.

Shaolin Kung Fu International's mission is to provide a friendly and safe environment for children and adults to develop important life skills such as Confidence, Self Control, Respect, Courage, Focus, and Discipline through kung fu. Teaching students to build a strong body and character.

Our vision is to introduce a healthy and fun exercise program to everyone, from children, teens, adults and even whole families. Through the disciplines of Kung fu, body, mind and heart became in harmony with each other.
